We want you to be happy with your order. Please note the following policies:

Food Returns

As our products are perishable food items, returns are only possible under specific conditions.

Returns are not possible if:

- the box has been opened
- the food seal has been removed
- the goods were damaged after receipt

Return of Unopened Goods

Returns are only possible if:

- the goods are unopened
- the goods are in their original condition
- the return is made within 14 days of receipt

Damaged or Faulty Delivery

Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at:

In this case, we will promptly arrange a solution (replacement or refund).
