General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§1 Scope of Application

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts concluded between

Gotti Cube – Owner: Nikolas Heddergott, GutsMuthsstraße 2, 04177 Leipzig, Germany (hereinafter "Seller") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer") via the online shop.

(2) The offer is directed at both consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code (BGB)) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).

(3) Deviating terms and conditions of the Customer are not recognized, unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity.

§2 Subject Matter of the Contract

(1) The subject matter of the contract is the sale of shelf-stable food in the form of curated meal kits.

(2) The products offered contain country-specific ingredients and, if applicable, alcoholic beverages.

§3 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the "Buy Now" button, the Customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(3) The contract is concluded as soon as the Seller confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.

§4 Prices and Payment Terms

(1) All prices are in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax.

(2) Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the ordering process, in particular via Shopify Payments (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) as well as other payment providers such as PayPal or Klarna.

(3) Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

§5 Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made according to the shipping and delivery conditions separately listed in the online shop.

§6 Right of Withdrawal

Information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the separate withdrawal instructions in the online shop.

§7 Age Restriction for Alcoholic Products

(1) The sale of products containing alcohol is exclusively to persons who have reached the age of 16.

(2) By placing the order, the Customer confirms that they have reached the required minimum age.

(3) The Seller reserves the right to take suitable measures for age verification in individual cases.

§8 Product Presentation and Deviations

(1) The product images displayed in the online shop are for illustration purposes.

(2) The actual content of each box corresponds to the products described in the shop and remains binding.

(3) Deviations may only occur in the presentation, particularly with regard to colors, arrangement, packaging, or presentation of the products.

§9 Allergy Information and Product Safety

(1) The food items contained in the boxes may contain allergens.

(2) Detailed information on ingredients and allergens can be found on the respective product packaging within the box.

(3) It is the Customer's responsibility to carefully review this information before consumption.

§10 Liability

(1) The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

(2) In cases of slight negligence, the Seller is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

(3) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

§11 Pre-Orders

(1) For products marked as "Pre-Order" or "Order Now," payment is made in full in advance.

(2) Shipping begins on the specified date, currently from May 15, 2026.

(3) By placing the order, the Customer agrees to this delivery structure.

§12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) For merchants within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, the place of jurisdiction is Leipzig.

§13 Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
