With one box, you can cook at least 10 servings – often even more, depending on the dish and portion size.

How long do the products last?
Our ingredients are selected to give you flexibility.
Most products can be stored without refrigeration for several weeks to months.
Do I need anything else?
You buy a few fresh ingredients like meat or vegetables yourself – for maximum quality.
We deliver everything that makes up the authentic taste.
How quickly does my box arrive?
We know: anticipation is good – but not for too long
- Germany: 3–5 business days
- Austria: 3–5 business days
- Switzerland: 5–8 business days
Once your box is on its way, you can track it at any time.
What does shipping cost?
Within Germany, shipping is already included in the price.
For Austria and Switzerland, a small surcharge applies at checkout.
In Switzerland, additional customs fees may apply.
Can I return my box?
Of course, you have a right of withdrawal.
Important:
Once food items have been opened or damaged, a return is no longer possible for food safety reasons.
How do I redeem my voucher code?
Simply enter your voucher code in the "Discount code" field at checkout. The corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from your shopping cart.
Should the voucher value be higher than your purchase, the remaining balance will be retained and can be redeemed again with your next order.
Is there an age restriction?
Some boxes contain alcoholic products.
Therefore, we only sell to persons who have reached the legally required minimum age.
